Step by step
We draw on extensive experience in executing, operating and maintaining IT and automation control systems. IT/OT security and operational stability are central to every design.
We translate GMP and process needs into compliant technical solutions – and apply our process expertise to optimise mechanical design when needed for the best overall system.
We build high-end control panels in enclosures tailored to the installation environment. Working with top suppliers, we always meet deadlines. For Ex processes, our control panels are purpose-built.
We deliver and install control panels on any coonstruction site. Cabling to field instrumentation and actuators is a core competency to us, enabling full turnkey responsibility.
We ensure seamless integration across systems and disciplines – linking our control systems with clients’ IT domain, data collection and MES systems. We of course also support IT security controls.
We take responsibility all the way through the start-up, run-in and commissioning, ensuring your systems perform reliably, efficiently, and as intended in real-life operation.
Our control panels are typically used in GMP production. We document all project phases and perform final system validation – ensuring GMP compliance, project success and smooth inspections. If needed, we validate according to your QMS.
Recent Examples
One recent example is a full turnkey delivery for a new pharmaceutical facility: complete clean utility controls and an advanced solvent mixing system. We handled it all – design, programming, panel building, documentation, testing, and validation, including ATEX certification.Every solution is tailored to the facility’s specific needs and seamlessly integrated with higher-level systems, including MES, ERP, monitoring, and backup routines. All panels are delivered CE-marked, and we also support CE marking for the entire control system. In short: one partner, full responsibility.
